Enhance your team's communication skills with expert-led training from The Lir Academy and help us provide free performing arts education for up to 200 young people from underrepresented and underprivileged communities across Ireland.

Pathways to Performance funds free training in the performing arts for young people from disadvantaged, underprivileged, and underrepresented communities across Ireland.
In 2025, as part of our continued commitment to investing in diversity, equity and inclusion, our ambition is to generate €100,000 in gross sales from our Lir at Work corporate training programmes.
100% of the profits will go to providing free education for up to 200 young people aged 12–17 who would otherwise not be able to access this training.
With your help, and working with local DEIS-designated schools and community groups, The Lir Academy aims to deliver:
- 32 full annual scholarships to the new Lir Youth Academy
- 80 free places on 2-day acting workshops for DEIS TY students nationwide
