I went from a 3 to a 10, thank you.

This was one of the best programmes I have attended in a number of years. It has provided me with a set of tools I can use when presenting and speaking with key stakeholders and employees.

I found the training excellent! As an Administrator I didn't expect to get so much out of the training, but I really did! It has given me more confidence to participate in meetings and taught me how to deliver information in an engaging and concise manner. I would highly recommend to anyone!

This was a very enjoyable and informative online training experience. I learned plenty from the content and even more from observing the facilitator. Andrew did a fantastic job, thank you.

I loved this training, really engaging and although online the morning flew. I liked the links to the research too. I will be taking the tips and new skills learned into my practice and hopefully help create a more engaged communication environment. Thank you.

I didn’t really know what to expect when I signed up for this training, I just knew it sounded interesting and like something I would benefit from. It was really refreshing to have a training that wasn’t led on powerpoint, and to be a lot more discussion focussed. I feel that really allowed us to consider what was being said, and not get distracted. I was nervous when it came to the role play scenarios, but actually felt energised from taking part, and feel I learnt so much from participating, as well as watching the other attendees. All in all, a fantastic day, with a lot of learnings to take away.

I felt the course was very engaging and refreshing in that we weren’t lectured to with a dull set of slides. The course tackled some key workplace issues but also offered some food for thought on how our practices outside of work can impact our performance. I felt that the assessors were very sincere and non-judgemental whilst also ensuring the session was kept light-hearted. I would definitely recommend this course, even to those who wouldn’t necessarily think they need it, as there is learning in there for everyone.

Debra is a fantastic trainer and she created a unique and very welcoming group setting during the online workshop. The content was well chosen and fits very well to the everyday need of business women. The opportunity to try out the techniques presented instantly boosted the confidence to speak in public (and gave guidance how to practice and become better in the future).

This workshop was superbly facilitated, and I would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to maximise the impact of their presentations.

I loved the training on Impact & Influence for Women in Business. It was an empathetic and safe space to learn, try out techniques and practice. I thought recognising and understanding the power of posture, voice and breath work is critical to women to improve confidence and being heard. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this course to everyone who presents, who manages meetings, who facilitates groups. It provides life skills that are practical and with practice adoptable. It was engaging, well paced and everyone got something from it. An excellent course.
